We carry our foremothers in our heart, soul, and body. As much as we are forever residing in our mother. She also resides inside of us.
Can we reframe generational differences to become generational opportunities?

Embracing the Mother Within is a 3 day workshop that uses various modalities to meet and shift the relationship with the mother that lives within us.

This workshop is for everyone whom has/had a mother.

Why this is important
We know that before we can heal the world, we must honor and heal that which lives within us.

Foremothers
We carry the emotional and physical characteristics of our mothers for 9 generations back. In this workshop we connect and honor this presence that lives within us.

Where
Our locations are chosen with great consideration and intuition. We only do this work in spaces that are aligned with our values.

Safe Space
We create a safe space in our WE space honoring and trusting everyone within the workshop, but also with experienced teachers - A safe space is held with the utmost trust.
